Earlier this year, Philadelphia developer Michael DePaolo sold a vacant mall in Society Hill to actor Will Smith, a Philadelphia native, for $3.5 million. Now Mr. DePaolo is selling the Reynolds-Morris House, one of the oldest and largest Georgian mansions in the city. The estate includes a 7000 square foot main residence which was built in 1787 and is listed on the National Register, plus a separate 3000 square foot, 3-story carriage house, formal gardens, fountains, and a gated cobblestone courtyard.
